BULK ORDER INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in bulk orders with WM Screen Printing & Apparel! We provide high quality, size inclusive, professional Screen Printing and Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Perfect for businesses, organizations, schools, fundraisers, and more!

GENERAL:

Screen Printing Vs. Direct To Garment (DTG)

Screen Printing:

Screen printing is an apparel decoration method in which the designs are created on the garment by pushing the ink through a stencil. The ink doesn’t get absorbed by the fabric, but rather stays on the surface. This is a great option for durability and ink brightness. The designs will have the same vibrancy, look, and feel, even after repeated washes.

Screen Printing Minimums:

1 ink color (that does not require a base) - 24 garments per design.

2+ ink colors, 36 garments per design.

Direct to Garment:

DTG Printing is an apparel customization method where the ink is directly applied to the fabric (like a piece of paper gets ink through a computer printer). DTG items do not have color restrictions, meaning we can print full color designs. DTG items result in great breathability, a smooth feel, and barely add weight to the fabric.

DTG items have a 6 item minimum. Black Ink DTG designs are priced at 2 ink colors.

Full color DTG designs are priced at 6 ink colors.

All bulk order sales are final. Orders under our minimum requirement will incur a 200% markup.

HOW TO ORDER:

Please fill out one sheet per DESIGN.

TURN AROUND TIME:

Please allow 10-15 business days once payment is received for your order to ship. If you need your order by a specific deadline, please communicate that with us, so we can implement a rush fee. Business days are Monday - Friday.

SHIPPING:

Wandering Maverick offers USPS and UPS shipping options. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking via email. Shipping cost will be estimated based on weight.Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update on UPS packages. Our warehouse is in a rural town and we have to travel 30 minutes to the closest UPS drop off location. WM is not responsible for delays with shipping providers.

PAYMENT:

All payment is due prior to ordering inventory and printing.

*There is an exception for schools who will use a Purchase Order. Please communicate this with Wandering Maverick.*

Wandering Maverick will invoice you via email. Sales tax will be added, in states applicable, unless you email a copy of your Tax Exemption Form prior to invoicing.

All credit card payments will have an additional 3.5% charge.

Turnaround time does not start until payment is received.

Pre-Made designs:

No charge to use.

Includes 1 edit of design colors and wording at no charge.

Additional design edits will be billed at $15/change.

Ready-To-Print designs:

These are provided by the customer.

There will be a $20.00 design fee applied for film separation.

Custom designs:

Designs start at $50. A full design quote will be provided before starting.

APPROVAL OF MOCKUPS:
All designs required to be approved before printing. If the design is not approved the same day, it will add time to the turnaround. Please check all coloring, spelling, fonts, spacing, etc. Designs will be printed as approved and are final sale.

GARMENT STYLES & PRICING:
We can get just about any garment brand and style you want! Listed below are the popular brands and styles that we recommend and pricing as of June 2024 (these may change at any time). If you do not see what you are looking for, please let us know and we can provide you with additional information.

Pricing is based on garment brand, style, and number of ink colors. 2X items are +$2. 3X-5X items are +$3. Pricing below is for garments that are printed on one side only. Please email us to get a custom quote for printing on both sides of the garment. Dri-fit material will require a custom quote.

There is a $20 screen set up fee per color for screen printed items, $20 set up fee for black ink DTG items, and $50 for DTG color ink items. Dark color garments may require an under base. Under base is priced as an additional color.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Unless requested, all screens for your design will be cleaned out after printing. If there is a chance of re-ordering, please let WM know. WM will store your screen for free for 14 days.

Rush order service is subject to availability in our production schedule.

1 business day turnaround - 100% order fee

2 - 3 business day turnaround - 75% order fee

4 - 5 business day turnaround - 50% order fee

Turnaround time in September - October can be up to 20 business days. Limited bulk orders will be accepted these months.

Mix and match garment types, print size/locations must be the same on all garments per design.

The pricing breakdowns listed above represent our most common order sizes. We are happy to work with you on a custom quote for quantities higher than 500 garments per design.

Ink Colors must stay the same within an order to avoid wash out fee. Wash out fee is $20/screen.

Designs created by WM require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final bill. Additional design edits are billed at $15/edit. Designs will be completed in 7-14 business days. Designs will be delivered via email in a png format, with a transparent background.
